We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept credit card payments through PayPal. Your credit card statements will show a charge from BreEi Enterprises, LLC.

Shipping
Policy
We offer free UPS Ground® shipping on all orders over $300.00. What this
means is: If your total purchase - excluding sales tax - exceeds $299.99 we will
ship your products to you and pay for UPS Ground® shipping.
Express shipping is available. If you would like your order express shipped please email us at support@2heartsweddingfavors.com
or contact us by phone at (406)498-5161 for an express shipping quote.
**Exceptions!
2HeartsWeddingFavors.com ships all orders except the Personalized Wedding Favor Tags via UPS Ground. However, due to the locations of our warehouses, your order may be received in multiple packages.
Personalized Wedding Favor Tags will be shipped via first class US mail and will ship within 5 to 7 business days after your order is placed. Even if you expedite your favor order, this 5 to 7 business day tag ship time still applies! Tags will be shipped separately from the rest of your order.
Heat Sensitive Items
Chocolate and Disposable Cameras are easily damaged by heat, so between May and October any order containing either of these items may be shipped in separate boxes so that the perishables can arrive sooner. There is an additional charge of $5.00 per order. That is per order, not per item!

Handling Fee
In order to keep our prices low and still cover our warehouse costs we will be charging a $3.50 per order handling fee.
Guarantee
2HeartsWeddingFavors.com guarantees it's products for a period of 30 days from the date of
purchase. After 30 days you (the customer) should refer to the manufacturer's
warranty. We select our manufacturers by the high quality of their workmanship and materials as well as their attitude towards customer service. Our customers (you) are their customers as well. You will be treated with respect and deference.
We would like to hear of any customer service problems related to our manufacturers.
Return
Policy
Anything, except edible and personalized items, may be returned within 30 days of the order date for any reason - no questions asked! Items must be in the original packaging and suitable for resale. Edible items may not be returned for any reason and personalized items that are incorrect may either be reprinted or returned. Refunds will be issued through the original form of payment and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
In order to process your return, you must have a Return Authorization Number. Please contact us at support@2heartsweddingfavors.com for a Return Authorization Number.
Damaged Merchandise
Items that are damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately at no charge. Please notify us at support@2heartsweddingfavors.com if such an event occurs.
Order Cancellations
Cancelled orders will be credited in the full amount only if the items have not yet shipped. An order that is cancelled while in transit will be treated as a return and will therefore be subject to the 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Personalized Merchandise
Personalized items will be printed exactly as the text is entered. Please verify that all spelling and capitalization is correct before submitting the order. Items may only be reprinted or returned if the order is incorrectly completed.
